ChesedLink Child Safety
Child safety standards
ChesedLink has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This page describes how we prevent, detect, and respond to CSAE on our platform, and how you can report it.

Our commitment
ChesedLink is a community app for offering and requesting acts of chesed (kindness). Any content or conduct that sexually abuses, exploits, or endangers a child is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal of the content and permanent termination of the accounts involved.
We comply with all applicable child-safety laws in the jurisdictions where ChesedLink operates, including reporting suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM) to the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.
What CSAE means
For the purposes of this policy, CSAE has the same meaning Google Play uses: child sexual abuse and exploitation, including content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. This includes, for example:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind
- Grooming a child for sexual exploitation
- Sextorting a child
- Trafficking of a child for sex
- Solicitation of, or attempts to meet, a child for sexual purposes
- Any other content or conduct that sexually exploits a child
A "child" means any person under 18 years of age, regardless of local age of consent.
How we prevent CSAE
- ChesedLink is intended for people age 13 and up. Access to the app requires a valid invite code, which is issued by community administrators.
- Our community guidelines and terms of service prohibit posting, sharing, soliciting, or facilitating any CSAE content or conduct.
- User-uploaded images and posts can be reported by any community member. Reports are reviewed by the ChesedLink moderation team.
- Posts and accounts found in violation are removed without notice and banned from rejoining the platform.
- We log moderation actions and preserve evidence necessary to support legal reporting obligations.
How to report CSAE
If you encounter content or behavior on ChesedLink that you believe involves CSAE, please report it immediately using any of the channels below:
- In the app: open the post or profile, tap the options menu, and select "Report." Choose "Child safety" as the reason and add any details you can.
- By email: contact our child safety team at support@chesedlink.com. Please include the username, post link, screenshots if safe to share, and any context that will help us investigate.
- To authorities (United States): report directly to the NCMEC CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or by phone at 1-800-843-5678.
- In an emergency involving an imminent threat to a child, contact local law enforcement (911 in the U.S.) first.
Reports made in good faith are reviewed within one business day. We will never share the identity of a reporter with the person being reported.
Cooperation with law enforcement
When ChesedLink becomes aware of apparent CSAM or other CSAE conduct, we preserve the relevant content and account data and report it to NCMEC as required by U.S. federal law. We respond to valid legal process from law enforcement investigating CSAE and will provide information to the extent permitted and required by applicable law.
Law-enforcement requests should be sent to support@chesedlink.com.
