ChesedLink Support

How can we help?

Email us, request an invitation, or look through the questions we hear most often. We typically reply within two business days.

This is not an emergency service.

ChesedLink cannot dispatch help in an emergency. For medical emergencies, call your local Hatzalah number directly, or 911 if Hatzalah is not available in your area.

Contact us

For any question, account issue, or report, email us directly. Include as much context as you can — your account email, screenshots if it helps, and what you've already tried.

Request an invitation

ChesedLink is invite-only so each community starts with people who actually know each other. Tell us a bit about yourself and we'll connect you with an admin in your area.

Opens your email client with a message addressed to support@chesedlink.com. We typically reply within two business days.

Frequently asked questions

How do I get an invite?
ChesedLink is invite-only. The fastest path is to ask someone already on the app from your kehilla to send you their invite code. If you don't know anyone on the app yet, fill out the form above and we'll route your request to a community admin in your area.
How does Shabbos Mode work?
Shabbos Mode pauses push notifications and shows a gentle “kindly check back after Shabbos” message during the local Shabbos and Yom Tov windows you configure. You can toggle it in Settings → Shabbos Mode. Account security notifications continue to come through regardless.
How do I report a post or a user?
Tap the menu on any post and choose Report. Pick a reason (spam, harassment, off-topic, inappropriate, other) and add context if you want. Our moderation team reviews reports within 24 hours and acts on anything that violates the Terms of Service.
How do I bring ChesedLink to a new kehilla?
Email support@chesedlink.com with the name and rough size of your kehilla and the name of the rav or community leader sponsoring it. We'll set you up with an admin account, an initial batch of invite codes, and a short onboarding call to answer questions.
I have a halachic question. Can ChesedLink answer it?
Halachic questions should go to your own rabbinic advisor — ChesedLink is not a posek and does not give halachic rulings. If you don't have a rav and would like a referral, email support@chesedlink.com and we'll connect you with the rabbinic advisor working with ChesedLink when possible.
